Clayton Hepler

I’m Clay Hepler.

I’ve been around land my whole life. I grew up on a farm in tranquil Pennsylvania. We raised Horned Dorset sheep and Gloucester Old Spots Pigs. My experience growing up on a farm left a lasting impact in my life. There was nothing better than taking a walk in the woods, playing in the stream or building dirt bike jumps. It cleared my mind and filled my life with joy.

If everyone could have this same experience, even on a small scale, I think the world would be a better place.

I’ve dedicated myself to building a company that focuses on buying, maintaining and selling land in our great country, USA and I love doing it!

I feel profoundly lucky to be able to do what I do on a daily basis; solve complex problems with land, build relationships with the people who own it, run a company that provides for the livelihood of many people and financially provide for my wife and young boy while I’m at it!
