This Land and the surrounding Forest can be used sucessfully to hunt Eastern Turkeys, Ruffed Grouse and Woodcock, Whitetail Deer and Black Bear. Many Wild Berries observed on the Land and other edible plants are found in this County.

We observed the local Beavers had created 2 separate Ponds and a private logging roads runs south to north on the west side of the creek ! Which should allow easy access to build a Cabin and create a Clearing between the logging road and Clear Creek ( aka: Anderson Creek ) .

Be advised when we visited the Land we discovered Clear creek was flowing beautifully south.
