We walked the site in February from the North, off of the 6+- acre parcel to the north...west...that is also for sale. There are two nice spots that appear great house sites. Noted some hardwoods...oak, maple trees and of course some evergreens. Minimal undergrowth on the property. There is a path leading from Willis Road. The property has some wetlands that have been flagged. See attached Wetland Report. It's a pretty lot and was very quiet and private the day we visited. There appears to be room for a Well & Septic.
