Right of Way off Cove Gap Road - This entrance is a dirt / gravel access from Cove Gap Road. Maintenance to road may be required for adequate vehicle entry.
From Wilkesboro - Take S. NC Hwy 16, Turn Left on Davis Rd., Turn Left onto Pores Knob Rd., Slightly Turn Right onto Cove Gap Rd., Right of Way is located on your Right. Follow Right of Way approximately 2/10 of a mile to enter property on northern portion of property.
Private Drive (Taylor Drive) - Taylor Drive is a private drive that can access the Southern portion of the property. Take S. NC Hwy 16, Turn Left on Davis Rd., Turn Left onto Pores Knob Rd., then a Right on Taylor Drive. Property is approximately 8/10 of a mile on left. This is the highest elevation of the southern part of the property.

PRE-AUCTION SALES: As an agent for the Seller, the Auctioneer must present any and all bona fide written offers to the Seller, which may be created outside of the online bidding platform.
