The lot slopes gently down from Sportsman Rd. and has amazing views of a little valley and towards the Warner Mountains. The road to the property is great, and its accessible by a 2WD vehicle in the summer months. We do not think the road is plowed in the winter at this time.
Cal Pines is a recreational subdivision; camping is allowed. You can build a house, but you don't have to. Most people who own lots here buy them for a nice retreat in the summer months, or to hold as an investment.
At this time we are only open to an all cash deal on this one. Its a great lot for someone who appreciate the unique beauty of this area. Is that person you? If so, make this one yours before we change our minds about selling it !

After just under 21 miles you will come to "Viceroy Dr."
Turn Left, Continue on Viceroy for 0.2 Miles
Turn Right Onto Sportsman for 0.2 Miles. The property will be on your left, with the view from the pictures!
