Property Description: The Greenmont Timberlands 2023 Package offers a high quality timberland investment package consisting of 33 individual tracts located throughout multiple counties in South Alabama and West Georgia.

• The sale of the Property will be conducted through a lump sum (not per acre) sealed bid process.
• Bidders must submit their bids on the bid form provided together with the Timberland Purchase Agreement unaltered except for the bid terms.
