LOCATION: From Franklin go approximately 8 miles east on highway 136, then north approximately 7.5 miles on County Road 40 to the intersection with County Road O. The farm is in the southeast quadrant of the intersection. Franklin is 49 miles south of Kearney, NE.

The farm is highly productive with the high-quality farmland being all bottom land along the Middle Branch Thompson Creek.
