The stand provides excellent cover for deer and other wildlife and the area is known for great deer and turkey populations. There is a beautiful white oak dominated hill on the east side of Neds Creek road that is a must see. The tract also has a few food plots and a gas line that can be planted for wildlife. The tract is 48 miles from Charlotte NC and 46 miles from Columbia SC.
