Tract Descriptions:

Field of Dreams (87+/- Acres) The Field of Dreams tract is an incredible multi use parcel that offers direct access from state highway 142. Upon entry, the interior road winds through a big stand of mature oak timber and then opens into lush 19+/- acre field. This could be utilized to mow hay, graze livestock, or for a massive food plot. Just adjacent to the field is a large pond and there's multiple small springs and drains that run through the property.

Half Mile Ridge (165+/- Acres) Half Mile Ridge is a dynamic 165+/- Acre tract that also has direct access off state highway 142 and is a recreational paradise. Boasting both north and south facing ridges as well as a spring, Half Mile Ridge has the perfect habitat to attract and hold an abundance of wildlife.

Missouri offers over the counter permits for residents and non-residents for deer and turkeys hunting. Black bear is on a draw system for all applicants.

This region is in close proximity to numerous other attractions such as: Norfolk Lake (30 minutes), Bull Shoals Lake, (48 miles), Mammoth Spring (37 miles), White Ranch Conservation Area (7 miles), Mountain Home, AR (36 miles), and less than 2 hours to Springfield and Branson, MO. Also near this area a massive tracts of the Mark Twain National Forest. These tracts provide an abundance of recreational opportunities such as hunting, hiking, horseback riding, and off road vehicle riding.

The streams and rivers in southern MO are second to none! These rivers crystal clear and offer incredible fishing and floating. Most of the streams have large populations of large and smallmouth bass, walleye, crappie, bluegill, as well as white and striped bass. Rainbow trout and brown trout can be found near some of the cool springs that empty into these rivers.
