Legal Description: The West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W 1/2 NE¼), the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E 1/2 NW¼) of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 2 West, Evangeline Parish, Louisiana; ALSO the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW¼ NW¼) of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 2 West, Allen Parish, Louisiana; containing a total of 200 acres, more or less.

Directions: From the intersection of LA-10 LA-372 on the east side of Oakdale, LA, travel south on LA-372 for 6.5 miles and take a left onto a gated timber company road. There is a UC-NFS combination lock on the gate. Call UC-NFS for combination. Once through the gate travel 0.9 miles along timber company road and take a left onto a woods road and travel 0.15 miles to the west boundary of the tract.

Travel 0.1 miles to the NE corner of the tract.
