Cozy three bedroom two full bath home located less than 15 minutes to UVA. Although only being 10-15 minutes away, it feels like you are secluded hundreds of miles away from the hustle and bustle. Deer are in the yard almost everyday. You will love the quiet and peacefulness. I love it's close proximity to both Charlottesville and Crozet as you are in-between both. There are a number of activities and places to visit nearby. There are great restaurants, wineries, vineyards, orchards, hiking trails, and more! If you enjoy the outdoors there is the Natural Bridge State Park, the Shenandoah National Park, and the Blue Ridge Parkway as well. If you're into history the Monticello tour along with the Presidential Homes are also nearby! The fall foliage change is a must see! You will be surprised how beautiful the drive is right on your very own street. I have yet to find a more breathtaking view of the vibrant Autumn colors!
