I bought my farm back in April of 2022. We fell in love with the blue berry farm, vineyard, multiple fruit trees, fishing pond, koi pond, and giant raised bed garden. There is also a field for row crops but I do not own a tractor so the field has not been used since I purchased the farm.
The house is a two bedroom one bath with room for expansion. Other rooms include the kitchen, laundry room, large living room, breakfast area, and dining room. I do not have the exact date but the previous owner recently installed a metal roof.
The fishing pond is located in the back of the property. It used to be on a second parcel but the last time I paid property taxes I had the tax office combine the 2 parcels of land.
The property also includes a 3 bay barn with a covered RV spot with electrical and water hookups. There is an uncompleted guest room located in the 2 story building behind the house. That building also include a storage room and a grow room for starting seed to plant after the frost passes.
Directions
My farm is located about 4.3 miles north of downtown Atmore Alabama. Any interested buyer will head north from Atmore up highway 21 towards Wind Creek Casino. You will make a right onto Robinsonville road by Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Then will travel 1.2 miles down Robinsonville road until you make a left onto Green Acres Road. My farm will be 7 houses down the road. You will see my property when you spot the blueberry bushes, vineyard, barn, and house.
