Agricultural Land for Lease in Fall City, Washington

We are looking to lease 4.25 acres of our 6 acre property to a WA farmer. Our current lessee has been farming the property this year growing flowers and mixed vegetables and will be ending their lease in December. The new Lease will be available from January 1st, 2025. The tillable area is 4.25 acres and another 2 acres is set aside for grass parking for our river tubing operation that operates June-September. There is a fence that runs across the property dividing these two areas.

We have used municipal water for years, but have been offered water rights being next to the Snoqualmie River (although a well would be required).

There is a Farm Stand with electricity and water. There is plenty of parking available for customers of the stand and heavy vehicle and foot traffic during the summer months.

Onsite storage is available (multiple shipping containers) and you can add temporary structures as permitted by zoning codes (greenhouse etc). If you have a camper or trailer, it would be acceptable to live onsite as an accessory to the farming operation.
