Lessee will need to clean the barn up to suit their usage (mostly weed eating, it is overgrown currently). Bringing in additional coral panels, troughs, water troughs is fine. How ever you need to customize barn area for livestock is fine. Property would be great for horses, cows, sheep, or goats. Lessee will be responsible for all care of livestock, including daily feeding and watering. Lessor does live on property, and is fine with reporting any emergencies we may notice however.
