This is a one-time payment for a 99-Year Renewable Land Lease which provides exclusive / transferable use of the RV / Tiny Home Site for the duration of the term.
There is no HOA, but there is a $27.50 Monthly Maintenance Fee per residential unit to cover the cost of well pump electric & maintenance of the water/commercial septic system. Community Wi-Fi & central garbage collection are provided at no additional cost.
