A half bathroom and a laundry closet finish off the main level. The loft contains two bedrooms, a full bath, and a sitting area, while the lower level also has two bedrooms and another full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is currently used as a den, but a door can easily be added to make the space more private. The home is situated on over 5 acres of land, with one side of the property bordering common ground and a corner touching San Isabel National Forest. A new septic system is being installed to accommodate a five-bedroom home. The Beaver Lakes community includes both full-time residents and second homeowners. Additionally, Beaver Lakes Estates has two private fishing lakes stocked with trout yearly. If the 5-bedroom house isn't large enough, you can rent one of three Community cabins downhill at a nominal fee. The neighborhood also offers a clubhouse for members' use, six RV sites with a 30 amp electric hookup, and a shower house. Beaver Lakes Estates is 3 miles up Empire Gulch; a full-time caretaker lives in the community.
