31,512 Sq. Ft., 55,512 Sq. Ft. when all awnings and coverings are included. The buildings are currently on an older Septic System. The sale is for the buildings and land only, pictures show miscellaneous items throughout the building, but some of the items pictured will be removed prior to the sale. Inspections will be by appointment only, though external viewings may be done at any time.

There is an access easement allowing the NC Division of Water Resources to access the groundwater monitoring wells that exist on the property parcel. (See PLAT photo)

All title checks, surveys and additional research will be up to the winning bidder. Property has been vandalized and remains unoccupied, so this damage may continue, the seller will not be responsible for any damages not currently present at the site due to vandalism.
