Walter Hatchett

Walter has an extensive knowledge and respect of brokers, foresters, and others in this business. In his role as a real estate salesman and land/timber advisor, additional clients benefit from his extensive knowledge in selecting or selling high-quality properties and managing them for high financial rewards. Since the beginning of 2016, Walter has successfully closed over 87,000 acres totaling over $321 million in sales.

In October 2018, Walter received the prestigious Realtors Land Institute Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation. Walter has been recognized as an APEX Top 20 National Producer by the REALTORS® Land Institute, as well as RLI's APEX Producers Club. In 2021, he was recognized for the top agent award with LandLeader for acres sold and outstanding sales achievement, as well as the $40 Million Dollar Club Award. He was also recognized as a Land Star Award Top Producer for 2023 with Land.com.
