Tony Anczer

Real estate in Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland is what we love to do! Our business is about half Illinois real estate and half Indiana real estate. Working in both states gives us great expereinces of all the nuances of buying and selling real estate in the region.

We are a husband and wife team, where I (Tony) focus on working with you as our client, and on managing your purchase or sale. My wife Lisa takes lead on all the contract paperwork and all the behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure a speedy and smooth transaction.

From initial consulation to the closing (and beyond!), I will personally guide you through the selling and/or buying process. We have a tried and trusted network of vendors needed in the escrow process including lenders, inspectors, appraisers, attorneys, a great mold guy (he gets called more than you'd think!), title companies, and the list goes on.
