Tom Moore

Tom had the privilege of growing up in beautiful Coeur d’Alene/Hayden Lake Idaho enjoying the exceptional outdoor recreational activities the Pacific Northwest offers. After graduating from college Tom spent 14 years working in the private sector of forest management for Timber Investment Management Organizations, private industrial timberland owners, and co-founded a successful forestry consulting company.

In 2017 Tom opened the independently owned Northwest Land & Lifestyle Properties brokerage in beautiful Hayden, Idaho. Tom's extensive education in the areas of negotiation, marketing, finance/valuation, real estate law, and 1031/1033 exchanges, along with his knowledge of real estate in the Northwest makes him truly a “one-stop shop” for any type of real estate or land use transaction. As an owner and agent of Northwest Land & Lifestyle Properties, Tom looks forward to serving those in need of expert real estate services in North Idaho and Montana.
