Stan Swofford

Broker & founder Stan Swofford was born and raised in the South Carolina Lowcountry region in Hampton & Japer Counties. Stan grew up in the outdoors hunting, fishing and farming. He obtained a B.S. at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA. Stan now sells land in the same extended areas that he grew up knowing, across southern SC & eastern GA. He has experience selling all types of land and rural properties over the years, including large plantations, hunting and recreational land, timberland, farms, country homes and estates, waterfront property, commercial and development land, residential lots and acreage, equestrian/ranch style properties, and other lifestyle properties that the Lowcountry and Coastal Empire have to offer. He is a member at Beaver Dam Baptist Church in Grays, and a board member of the Lowcountry Landowner's Association. Stan enjoys spending time with his family, loves hunting, and takes pride in the southern rural lifestyle that he's been blessed to know.
