Shannon Cummings

I received my real estate license in January 2007 and my associate broker license in 2015. Now in February 2022, I am the proud broker/owner of my own real estate company, Cummings Realty, Inc. I could not have not achieved this goal without the support of my husband, David Cummings and our beautiful daughter, Ashley Cummings, who obtained her real estate license 2016.

I have been very fortunate to have worked with several buyers and sellers throughout the years and am very grateful for the support from my husband, family and clients. I cherish every referral and repeat client. I have become very successful due to my hard work and dedication. My real estate business has continued to grow every year and I am looking very forward to what the future has to offer.
