Shannon Coulter

Goodyear and the Greater Phoenix area are great places to live and work, which is why Shannon Coulter chose to call it home. With roots in California, Arkansas and North Dakota, Shannon came to Buckeye to enjoy the mild winters, recreation, entertainment and, of course, the sun! Real estate is a passion for Shannon, and with several years of real estate experience and experience as a Project Manager, it is easy to see why she can help identify each client’s desires and skillfully guide them in fulfilling their real estate goals.

Shannon is part of the Century 21 Northwest family but is not just passionate about helping families find their next home. Shannon loves being part of community events and helping those in need. She is a proud supporter of Tunnels to Towers.

When Shannon is not in the office or volunteering, she is spending time with her family and exploring all the many things Arizona has to offer!
