Shana Morgan

Licensed in Colorado and South Dakota, Shana has experience in several real estate related professions for more than 20 years giving her a well-rounded understanding of real estate transactions. As broker/owner of NorthStar Realty, Shana specializes in farm and ranch transactions and more specifically those with water rights attached. Shana holds a B.S. from the University of Northern Colorado and earned her Accredited Land Consultant designation in 2023 through the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI), of the National Association of REALTORS®. Shana has served on the Weld County Planning Commission, Weld County Board of Adjustments, Town of Windsor Board of Adjustments and is on the Board for the Colorado Chapter of RLI. Shana lives on acreage with her husband and dog Barry (Bear). They have four grown children, three of which are veterans of three separate branches of the US Military. They especially enjoy the time with their three grandchildren and are also in search of new adventures!
