Robert Payne

Robert Payne joined Clift Land Brokers in the fall of 2022 as a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Texas.

Robert was born and raised in Henrietta, Texas. Agriculture has always been closely connected to his family's daily life. Robert's appreciation and knowledge of land resources was cultivated early on by his parents and the local ranchers he worked for. These early lessons in the intricacies of range land science, animal husbandry, and wildlife management drove Robert to pursue and attain his B.S. in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University in 1997 and his M.S. in Agricultural Education from Texas Tech University in 1999.

Robert is also an avid hunter and a certified Texas Hunt Master with the Texas Youth Hunting Program. Robert combines a lifetime of industry experiences and higher education with extensive knowledge of Texas' recreational and ranching properties, making him uniquely qualified to assist buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals.
