Ricky Murray

Ricky is a native to the Raleigh/Wake County area. Born and raised in Eastern Wake County, Ricky graduated in 1980 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After working in the family business for several years he purchased and expanded American Floral (dba Lisa Dees Florist). As President and Director of Operations for over 28 years, Ricky grew the business into the second largest Floral Distributor in the Raleigh metro region. His company was the #1 Preferred Vendor for both FTD and 1800 flowers. (Ricky's company was also one of only four companies nationwide selected to open the NASDAQ Stock Exchange [the ringing of the opening bell] in New York, NY in April 2008).
