Rick Culbertson

Born and raised in Ohio, my love for the outdoors began early, from playing sports and fishing to exploring the woods. After high school, I pursued my dream of becoming a firefighter and have enjoyed a gratifying career as a Firefighter/Paramedic, which I plan to continue until retirement.

I cherish spending time outdoors with my wife and two sons, sharing activities like fishing, hunting, and sports. Watching my boys harvest their first deer and provide for the family is an unmatched experience.

Obtaining my real estate license has allowed me to combine my knowledge of the real estate market with my passion for the outdoors. I am now part of a top team of Land Specialists in Ohio, helping others discover, buy, and sell their own pieces of land.
