Richelle Fielding

Richelle grew up on a family ranch in Northern California's foothills, spending her youth around horses and exploring the land. After attending St. Mary's College, she built a successful 12-year career in commercial real estate in San Francisco, working with firms like Colliers International, Marcus & Millichap, and Kidder Mathews.

Meeting her husband, a hay farmer, drew her back to her country roots. She joined California Outdoor Properties and Outdoor Properties of Nevada, where she combines her commercial expertise with her passion for the land. Her experience includes diverse property transactions and extensive knowledge of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
