Richard understands that buying and selling real estate may be a stressful time. As a full-time Realtor, he will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as smooth as possible with regular communication and walking with you through the transaction process step by step.

Richard attributes his leadership, relationship, and negotiation skills to experiences in previous career as Sales Manager in the school bus industry, various leadership roles on a volunteer fire department and elected positions in local government.

Richard has long standing ties to the area and is committed to supporting community groups, such as Lions Club, County Board of Realtors, Chambers of Commerce to name a few.
