Richard and his partner, Joe Williams, head up a commercial brokerage, development and investment group based out of Austin TX. Best known as the co-founder to Keller Williams, Realty, Joe has a 20+ year history in developer as well as a 40+ year history in real estate brokererage. Richard's 25 year career as a serial entrepreneur in the high-tech software world provided ample experience to the complexities of real estate entitlement and development.
