Quinn Atherton

Quinn is proud to be affiliated as a broker associate with BHGRE Bloom Group, Inc. Quinn brings over 22 years of real estate experience to her work as a luxury and ranch specialist in the Springville, Porterville and Visalia markets.

Having owned and operated Atherton Properties, an extremely successful brokerage firm in the Central Valley, she has personally closed over 1,000+ transactions to date. Quinn was the top producing agent in the Southern San Joaquin Valley every year from 2002 through 2008. She was responsible for the sale of almost every multi-million dollar property transfer in the region during those years. Being an avid horse-person, Quinn has developed specialized knowledge in the area of ranch and farm sales.

Quinn is also a well-respected developer in the Central Valley, with experience in every stage of the subdivision development process. In addition to consulting on several projects, she completed her own 1 acre estate lot subdivision in 2011.
