Peggi Vernon

Raised on a small farm in Southern Oregon, Peggi developed a lifelong love of horses and the outdoors. Her thoughtful approach and attention to detail ensure clients stay informed throughout every transaction. With a background in banking and real estate inspections, transitioning to real estate was natural for her.

After finishing school in Chico, Peggi and her husband moved to the Sierra Nevada Mountains, where they've spent 19 years building a business and raising their family. They split their time between Southern Oregon and Northern California, where she works as a Broker with Land and Wildlife in Oregon and California Outdoor Properties. These brokerages allow her to combine her passion for land, real estate, and serving people.

Active in her community, Peggi has served as a volunteer firefighter, on the Beckwourth Fire District Board, and as a Sunday School teacher. Whether you're seeking a working ranch, hobby farm, or peaceful retreat, she's ready to help.
