Michael Wrobel

Mike joined Preferred Properties in 2011 as listing coordinator, after earning his real estate license in 2010. He quickly developed expertise in land and country properties, mastering wastewater, zoning, and development regulations in both Vermont and New Hampshire. Licensed in both states, Mike serves as Director of Listing Services and New Hampshire Territory Sales Lead.

His specialties include market research, property marketing, mapping, field work, photography, and drone piloting. He has listed hundreds of properties, focusing on land, estates, farms, recreational, and waterfront listings. A lifelong Vermonter and University of Vermont graduate in History and Economics, Mike was a hockey all-star in high school and continues to play in local leagues and officiate at the college level. He enjoys golfing, mountain biking, reading, and spending time with his girlfriend and her two sons.
