Scott's history includes a long successful record in Marketing, Account, Project and Sales Staff Management at several Manufacturing and Technology companies ...building strategic initiatives in the development of revenue growth as well as the retention of key Partners. He has been involved in pioneering many levels of the development of the online marketplace concepts that drive online and Social Media Marketing today.

Raised on a farm/ranch, Scott carries the personal knowledge necessary to both market and appreciate the value of property ownership. Spending several years in California's Sonoma Valley has created a wealth of experience in Wine Development properties in Texas.

After serving six years on the Appraisal Review Board in Bandera County, Texas, Scott has a good base knowledge of property values as well as the property tax implications involved in land ownership. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Bandera Natural History Museum.
