Kimberly Hales

Kim has lived in Arizona since 1974, a North Phoenix resident since 2002 and has been a full time real estate consultant since 2003. Before real estate, she worked as a property manager/executive chef for a very prominent business man here in the Phoenix area. She is also co-owner of Hales Construction with her husband of 36 years, Eric. We live on an acre property in New RIver, AZ where we built our own home. Her knowledge of home building and remodeling has made her extremely helpful to her clients. She is very well rounded in many areas of business. She specializes in using online technology tools to make home buying and selling a great experience for her clients. Kim's goal is to empower the client with easy to use information so they can be prepared to make the best decisions when buying or selling. Kim's focus is on client satisfaction. She strives throughout the transaction to make sure the client is feeling represented and receiving the highest in customer service.
