When Kim Brown arrived in Pagosa Springs in 2000, she knew she'd make this beautiful place her longtime home. A native of Windemere, FL, Kim grew up living on the PGA Bay Hill and Isleworth Golf Clubs and attending school in Orlando.

With over 20 years of experience in the business, restaurant, and real estate industries, Kim is very active in the local community and was a founding board member of the Town Tourism Commission.

While she specializes as a Buyer's Agent, Kim works with buyers and sellers to market and sell properties in all price ranges.

Passionate about the outdoors and fishing, hiking, biking and skiing, Kim enjoys sharing the Pagosa Lifestyle with others.

As a former EMT, Kim is passionate about giving back to those who serve and is the exclusive area representative of the Homes For Heroes program.
