Julie Baird

Raised in rural San Gregorio, CA, Julie Baird's roots run deep in agriculture and family values. She and her husband David purchased her family's ranch, maintaining it as a gathering place for her five siblings and their families, complete with space for 4-H animals, horses, and outdoor activities. A Cal Poly graduate in Agricultural Business, Julie spent six years in horticultural sales before establishing Hidden Creek Appraisal Inc.

With over 20 years of experience, she holds a California Certified Residential Real Estate License with FHA certification and Earth Advantage Green Appraiser credentials. Her extensive knowledge of the real estate market serves her clients well. When not serving clients, Julie enjoys outdoor adventures with her family—hunting, fishing, and working with animals—and is known for her generous hospitality, often cooking for large gatherings from football teams to cattle drives.
