Josh and Samantha Chavez are proud to serve the needs of homebuyers and sellers in Los Lunas, Belen, Valencia County, Albuquerque and surrounding areas. Josh and Samantha have 20 total combined years of real estate experience and 10 years experience in new construction building. They also specialize in first time homebuyers, foreclosures, and residential resale. Josh Chavez also has his BBA to further his knowledge in all aspects of business and real estate. Josh also holds his GB-­-98 contractor license in residential and commercial building. Josh has 10 years of home inspection experience as well. Samantha graduated from Anderson School of Management with a BBA in 2012. Josh and Samantha devote their time as a husband and wife team to meeting the needs and wants of their clients.
