JoLinn Hoover

A Baker County native, JoLinn's love of all things outdoors seemed destined given her family's diverse heritage in ranching, hay production, cattle, horses, and timber and forest management dating back to the early 1800's. Her interests drew her to focus on the horse and cattle management and she attended TVCC in Ontario, OR and EOCC in LaGrande, OR with a focus on Equine Science, Ag Business and Education. She considers raising her 3 children in the ranching and performance horse environment one of the greatest blessings in her life. In 2016, while living in Central Oregon she obtained her Oregon Real Estate license. Her passion is people and helping make matches for them; land, homes and horses. Placing high importance on integrity, honesty, knowledge, and expertise, she feels blessed to have the team at Land and Wildlife, LLC behind her at every turn.
