John Perez

John Perez is an avid outdoorsman and resides in Edenton, NC. He spent over 30 years in corporate America in a variety of leadership roles including customer service, sales, insurance, investigations and real estate. His passion for providing exceptional customer service means he enjoys working with clients and helping them to find their dream property. He believes an important aspect of his job is to clearly understand a client's needs and then work with them to find a property that meets their objectives, whether it be for recreation, a dream home, farm or investment. One of his favorite aspects of the job are the friendships that are established while interacting with clients throughout the real estate transaction.

When he's not showing properties, he enjoys spending time bass fishing and photographing wildlife with his wife, Karen. He has two grown children that he's very proud of.
