Joe Capuana

Joe grew up on Lake Independence, just outside of Big Bay, MI. After graduating from Marquette High School in 1987, he went on to pursue his real estate license while attending classes at Northern Michigan University.

Maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle is a priority to Joe and his knowledge of the recreational outdoors lends to both potential local and out-of-town buyers and sellers from an immense wealth of personal experience.

For the past 30 years, Joe has worked as a real estate professional with 10+ years as a broker and over 20 years of experience in property management. His comprehensive knowledge as a buyer and seller agent, specializes in residential and commercial with extensive experience in recreational and vacant land real estate.
