Jim Hain has over 30 years of agricultural production, farm management, and land brokerage experience. He has an in-depth knowledge of all agricultural programs related to finance, production and conservation. He has substantial experience in agricultural and commercial land use economics and modeling agricultural investment transactions on row crops, both domestically and internationally.
Jim is the past Chairman of the Board of the Nebraska Board of Educational Lands and Funds (BELF). BELF manages over 1.2 million acres of land with an asset value of over 1.5 billion dollars for the benefit of the Nebraska Public School System. He is a member of the Central Valley Ag Cooperative where he served as a member of the Board of Directors. He is a member of the National Corn Growers Association and the American Soybean Association. Jim also serves as board member and chairman of multiple church and school boards.
