Duane McClain

Duane is a lifelong resident of Lincoln County, Neb. Growing up in a rodeo family, Duane has traveled throughout the state of Nebraska and understands what each and every region means to the area. Before obtaining his Salesman License, Duane had a successful cattle buying business with his Father for over 12 years. He has utilized his area knowledge and contacts to continue a successful real estate brokerage career. Licensed since 2004, Duane spent his first 7 years with a successful brokerage, learning and gaining experience in proper property investigation techniques and valuation process. From 2012 through 2023, Duane has sold or been actively involved with over 180 properties totaling over $150,000,000 in value. Many of those sales were at public auction. As an auctioneer, Duane has conducted more than 125 public auctions in the 20 years.
