I have been working in real estate for 35 years with a concentration in residential and land sales. I have extensive experience in rehabbing houses, managing rental properties, and land development and sales. My wife Leigh Ann and I have been married for over 40 years and have raised two daughters. I was born and raised in a rural setting where boating, fishing, hunting , and camping were how memories were made. I am still an avid hunter and outdoorsman and am happiest when I am out in the field. I love being outdoors and nearly everyday I am actively researching and marketing properties locating buyers for farmland, timberland, and hunting land.
