Ciji Ripoll

Ciji entered the Real Estate industry in 2003 as an Assistant to a Residential investor, and shortly after began managing and leasing commercial real estate properties from 2004 until 2023. Over the years, Ciji's exposure to commercial and residential acquisitions, renovation, selling, management and leasing provided her with rich and versatile experience across the real estate spectrum, with a focus and specialization in Industrial, Retail, Office and Mixed-Use properties throughout Southern California. As a Realtor, Ciji is highly dedicated to narrowing in on properties that have transformative potential, leaving room for the buyer or investor to innovate, and dedicating time and attention to meeting her client/seller's needs from beginning to end.
