Billy McOwen

William "Billy" McOwen is the founder and principal broker of Mossy Oak Properties - Land and Farms Realty based in Manteo, North Carolina. The Land and Farms Realty Group currently owns and operates a number of Mossy Oak Properties franchises in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. With a total of 34 agents servicing clients in the tri-state region the Land and Farms Realty Group is one of the largest dedicated land brokerage companies in the Southeast.

Billy has been the recipient of the Mossy Oak Properties "Pinnacle Club" award 11 times in the last 11 years. The "Pinnacle Club" recognizes the top 10 agents in the Mossy Oak Properties Network of over 700 agents, in 100 offices, in 30 states. When not in the field helping clients, Billy oversees all of the day to day operations, administration, agent training, marketing, and transaction management of the company.
